Your mission data

CLOCKOUT uses Sign in with ChatGPT to identify your account. We associate your missions with the account identifier provided by the hosting platform. Mission briefs, settings, progress, and results are stored in the site’s database so you can return to your work. Other visitors cannot view your missions.

Drafts are kept in this browser’s local storage until you clear them or sign out using the site. Your mission brief and earlier teammates’ results are sent to OpenAI to produce the requested work. Scout also uses OpenAI’s web search. Do not include passwords, private keys, or sensitive personal information in a mission.

Responses are requested with storage disabled at the API level. OpenAI’s separate service retention and processing policies still apply. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting work

Saved missions remain available until you delete them. Use Delete on your mission desk to erase the brief and generated results. A minimal account-linked usage record remains to enforce daily limits. Your latest 25 missions are displayed. Sign out when using a shared device. Hosting and AI providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies.

Fair use

Each account can start three missions per UTC day, subject to shared daily capacity. Failed missions with no completed work do not use your personal allowance. Attempts still count toward shared capacity. Please do not evade limits or use the service for harmful or unlawful activity.

Working with AI

Results are AI-generated and may contain errors. Check facts, source links, and suitability before using or publishing them. CLOCKOUT supplies research and written deliverables; it does not send messages, make purchases, or execute plans. Availability is not guaranteed.
